Can’t find your contacts in the new Gmail? Here is how to add it to your shortcuts.
Find and click the icon with the 9 dots in the top right of the new Gmail.
At the bottom of the drop down, do not click More, but rather scroll down through the panel until you find it.
Click and hold Contacts and drag it to a row higher up.
The Gmail team should add Contacts higher up in the apps list.
You can edit a sender’s contact info from the mailbox screen. Hover over the person’s name in your inbox list. A contact card will pop up.
